    nivember-movies-CG-MAIN

Ah, November has finally arrived; it’s officially Autumn. Well, sort of – this is Cairo, after all. If you’re wishing for sweater weather, you’re in luck; the A/C in the cinemas will have you shivering before the trailers are over. There are some great flicks coming out this month, so grab your 3D glasses, a padded jacket and go to the movies.

Not sure what to see? There’s a film for every taste.

After a tragic car accident, Doctor Strange learns the secrets of a hidden world of mysticism and alternate dimensions and must act as an intermediary between the real world and what lies beyond, utilising a vast array of metaphysical abilities and artefacts to protect the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Fantastic Beasts and where to Find Them

The highly anticipated Harry Potter series prequel will be gracing our local screens faster than you can say ‘accio popcorn’.  Newt Scamander, played by the dishy Eddie Redmayne, sets on a global excursion to find and document extraordinary magical creatures (in a book Harry will read 70 years later). This proves easier said than done when some of said creatures manage to escape, putting both the muggles and secret wizards of 1920’s New York at risk.

Set in 1942, Brad Pitt plays an intelligence officer in North Africa who encounters a female French Resistance fighter, played by Marion Cotillard, on a deadly mission behind enemy lines. When they reunite in London, their relationship is tested by the pressures of war.
