Some five months after it last whipped Egypt’s fashion scene into a frenzy, Cairo Fashion Festival is set to return this May for season four of what has slowly come to be a notable mark in fashionistas’ calendars.
Set to take place Friday 1st of May at Cairo Festival City Mall in New Cairo, the festival is shaping up to be the vibrant mishmash of fashion, shopping and entertainment that we’ve come to expect.

With over fifty exhibitors setting-up shop, a whopping fifteen different runway shows taking place and live entertainment awaiting, there will certainly be no shortage of things to see and do. This is in addition to ‘The Fashion Presentation’; an alternate stage that the folk at CFF are staying tight-lipped about.
Having launched in 2012, CFF has provided a haven for the country’s fashion lovers, but – more significantly – it has also provided a grand platform for local designers in all their shapes and forms to display their work, their skill and their passion in a fitting environment. The fact that this will be their fourth festival as many years pays testament to the good work that organiser, Omar Madkour, and his team have done – not only for CFF, but in making fashion in Egypt more accessible.
