I just finished my first real bootcamp experience, and no this is no army routine, i am talking about the work out masters BOOTCAMPEGYPT http://thebootcampeg.com/ …. and i love them !!! not the trainers, granted i love them too, but thats needless to say, no i love the work out mixture,
I use to think i had fitness after all, i can sprint at 18.5 Kilo/Hour for 2 and half minutes, i can jog for 40 minutes, i can do the EFX for an hour … i could do random gym aerobics class, but this… this is a whole new level of exercise… i really got my fitness challenged ! and i loved it !! feel right now as if i am flying, i loved it so much i couldn’t wait till i get home to write about it
The exercises, was basically a mixture of exercise routines that take you from warm up to doing more well… i don’t know what they call it but more challenging stuff, even in the cold whether i managed to sweat more than i do on the EFX machine in my warm GYM…
BootCamp isn’t about weight loss, and not about weight gain, its about being FIT AND LEAN in my opinion, if you are over weight you will naturally burn fats with bootcamp, if your under weight with the right food program you will gain weight with bootcamp, its about getting that perfect body, without looking Jean Claude Vandame or Janet Jackson.
So with all pleasure today i got booted and i loved it!
