Here is the fishie guide to staying fit in ramadan
1- GO WORK OUT EVERY DAY DAY !!!!!!!!! NO EXCUSES !
- whether before iftar, but there is no point in going to workout then ending up eating a konafa afterwards
- after iftar, then have a nice light iftar, try to avoid meets as they take longer to digest
2- DONT GO TO عوزمات ! <iftar dinner parties > more than twice a week. Because once you are in one, its a trap طنت زيزي will not leave you alone, she will stuff down your throat konafa, ma7shi, basbousa, and everything !

4- dont throw up after iftar, bulimia is no joking matter, but in ramadan specially after iftar if you end throwing up and going throw bulimia then you will be even more hungry later on at night suhor… and you will probably end up eating a cow!!
