    COVER - Hayden-3

A glass of wine, music you can groove to, and good company are all you need for the weekend. Not so coincidently, Cairo’s hottest bars and clubs are serving up just those things.

Starting off with Thursday, Cairo Jazz Club is mastering their famous Thursday Night Live with three different bands: Meska, Funk Off, and Screwdriver, while Cairo’s West, Cairo Jazz Club 610 is welcoming DJs Zalat and Ayman Nageeb. Gu Lounge is still up to another oriental WKND party with Mostafa Hagag, and The Garden Nile Front is also sticking to their usual Nile Vibes party with DJs Al Nenni and Marry Khalil.

The Taps are going all R&B and hip hop this Thursday with Ramy DJunkie at The Tap West, and Fedde at The Tap Maadi. And speaking of R&B, Basement – Urban Pub is bringing DJ 2amer for this week’s R&B Night .

On Friday, A.K is taking over Cairo Jazz Club 610, and Ashmawy & Ouzo are the ones in charge of entertainment at Cairo Jazz Club. Elsewhere, Feedo is firing it up The Tap West, and Firehood will be rocking The Tap Maadi. Basement – Urban Pub is keeping their Fel Badrom party, and The Garden Nile Front is also sticking to their R&B Night with Goblin.

Saturday mornings are better with brunch, and there’s no better brunch than the one at Cairo Jazz Club 610, this time DJ Ashmawy is in charge. As the night grows older, you will have loads of options awaiting you. First off, Gu Lounge is hosting their Heshek Beshek night with Mahmoud El Leithy and belly dancer Christina, while Agaty takes to the decks at The Tap West

But, if you’re looking for something different, then head to Cairo Jazz Club where the unique band, Dokkan is taking over their Saturday L’ Oriental party, or you can head to The Tap East and enjoy Shehab Kaseb on the guitar and Hussien Gamal’s vocals.

These are only a few of the events taking place this weekend across the capital – check out the Cairo Gossip calendar for more.
