\Another epic weekend is knocking at your door, and it’s one thing you shouldn’t say no to. Check what’s happening in Cairo’s bars and clubs this weekend.

First off, Thursday is when Hassan Abou Allam and Ouzo are taking over Cairo Jazz Club 610, and DJ Feedo is still firing up Basement – Urban Pub, just like every Thursday night, while Armen V is bringing his irresistible beats to The Tap East.

On the other hand, Gu Lounge is not letting go of their WKND party, and this week it features Mahmoud El Leithy and belly dancer Christina. Also, The Garden Nile Front is continuing their Nile Vibes party with DJ Al Nenni, and the “new generation” DJ, Heikal. And, two great performances are happening at Cairo Jazz Club; one by Cap’n Hector’s Crew, and another by singer/songwriter Hanymust.

Switching to our favourite night, Friday, the Basement – Urban Pub’s Fel Badrom party is still on with its unique 90’s hits, and the exceptional duo Aguizi & Fahim will surely conquer Cairo Jazz Club. Somewhere else, the Dirty Backseat and Hashem are turning The Tap Maadi into rock and roll insanity.

Another night that’s back on track, Tabla Night at OPIA, where things will be getting lit with Mostafa Taha and their resident DJ. But if you just need something classy, then head to ORA’s Weekend Nights party, where you can enjoy a delicious meal and some music by DJ Simon.

Back to some of your favourite party spots, Cairo Jazz Club 610 is welcoming the DJ master, A.K, who doesn’t actually need much of an introduction. Elsewhere, Saad El Soghyar is the one lighting up the WKND party at Gu Lounge, with the help of belly dancer Christina.

No need to get all upset that the weekend is ending; you still have some parties to attend this Saturday! Heshek Beshek night is still happening with Mostafa Hagag, who always makes everyone dance, especially Gu Lounge’s belly dancers. Outside Cairo, there will be a delicious brunch at Cairo Jazz Club 610, this time around featuring DJ Teddy.

Saxophonist Nour Ashour is spreading some jazzy vibes with his band Nour Project at Cairo Jazz Club, Bluezophrenia are heading to The Tap Maadi, and Mariam Ghareeb will be filling The Tap East with some raw acoustic tunes. Last but not least, the duo Toasted Kings are giving an acoustic performance of some rock at the The Tap West.

These are only a few of the events taking place this weekend across the capital – check out the Cairo Gossip calendar for more.
