Feast your eyes on what’s in store across Egypt’s capital.
MOHASSEB @ CAIRO JAZZ CLUB
Mondays have become one of the busiest days at Cairo Jazz Club, thanks in part to the ‘Manic Monday’ mantra, which this week will see the one and only, Mohasseb, return after a few months of absence.
MICHAEL BUBLE NIGHT FT. AHMED HARFOUSH @ SAIGON RESTAURANT & LOUNGE
Don’t scoff, ye music snobs. If you think we’ll believe that you’ve never casually tapped a foot or whistled to a Buble song, then you’re a liar. This week Fairmont Nile City‘s Saigon celebrates the crooner’s birthday with Cairo’s own crooner, Ahmed Harfoush.
FIRST ANNIVERSARY @ ROOFTOP LOUNGE
Rooftop Lounge might not be the coolest spot in town, but has attracted some big names over the course of its first year. This Tuesday, the Garden City venue welcomes more big names, in the form of Ouzo, Akladios and Aguizi & Fahim, to celebrate its first anniversary.
BOOGIE NIGHT FT RAMY DJUNKIE @ CAIRO JAZZ CLUB
A hallmark of Cairo Jazz Club‘s commitment to midweek tomfoolery, the Boogie Monster, Ramy DJunkie returns to CJC for another edition of the uber-popular Boogie Night.
HOH @ THE MUSIC TENT
The Music Tent‘s latest gig is one of the biggest events of this still young month, as Hany Adel (Wust El Balad), Hany El Dakak (Massar Egbari) and the man considered by many to be the best guitarist in Egypt, Ousso Lotfy, come together for a special collaborative concert.
