Following the success of it’s first two editions, the London Sound Music Festival is set to draw in Cairene music lovers for it’s third festival on Friday 4th of September, with some of the best music act in the Middle East set to perform.
Egypt’s own Massar Egbari, Salalem and Sharmoofers are joined on the line-up by Jordanian rockers, Jadal and Al Morabba3, as well as the ever popular Mashrou’ Leila. Set to take place at the Chinese Gardens in Nasr City, the festival is one of the biggest of its kind, with each and every act on the line-up enjoying huge fan-bases in Egypt and beyond.
Alexandrian group, Massar Egbari, as still riding high on the waves of their latest album release earlier this year, while Sharmoofers continue to win fans for their quirky style. As one of the most enduring bands in Egypt, Salalem, are guaranteed to deliver a solid performance, while the festival will also give Egyptian fans a rare glimpse of Jordan and Lebanon’s best, with Mashrou’ Leila playing their second gig in Egypt this year following a huge gig at the Music Tent.
