As one of the premiere hotels in Egypt’s capital, Conrad Cairo Hotel has come to be known as one of the top dining destinations in the city – in short, they’re food is real good – like, real, real good – just ask anyone who’s dined at the hotel’s Pan-Asian restaurant, Kamala.
‘Pan-Asian’ is one of many troublesome terms in the culinary world, because many restaurant menus that take the mantle on often become unfocused – but this is not the case with Kamala. The menu is made up of a carefully selected dishes from across Thailand, Japan, India and beyond – so there’s certainly no lack of variety.
Are you hungry yet? Well, we’ll cut this culinary eulogy short and get to why we’re all here. The good folk at Conrad are kicking off the new year by giving one Cairo Gossip reader a chance to win dinner for two – all you have to do is answer this simple question:
What is the name of the Head Chef at Kamala? (Hey, you – click here for a clue, but let’s keep it between us)
Send your answer to firstname.lastname@example.org, with your full name and contact details, and ‘Kamala Competition’ in the subject line. The competition ends at midnight on Tuesday 23rd of February 2016; so hurry up and send your answers in! Terms and Conditions apply.
